Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Translate business and user requirements into clear user stories and documentation
- Support backlog management and sprint planning in Agile teams
- Align product vision with stakeholders and technical teams
- Work closely with developers, QA, UX/UI, and project managers
- Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or digital product environment
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed for project or client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in Fintech or banking systems is a big plus
Nice to Have
- Certifications: CBAP®, PMI-ACP®, ICAgile, CSPO®, PSPO™
- Basic knowledge of UX principles
