eSpace Delivers MRN.SA, launched by Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development

His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, launches “MRN.SA” Service for documenting flexible work contracts between the employee and the employer.

eSpace is proud to develop the program that aims to create a new type of job for job seekers and increase their chances of getting a flexible job, to enable them to engage in the labor market and raise their skills and experiences in preparation for their transformation into permanent employees.

The program targets all male and female citizens looking for work, in addition to workers who want to increase their income on a regular basis. It also targets establishments in all activities of the private sector, through a flexible contractual organization in which the wage is based on hourly work, and the program supports the private sector in meeting its emergency, temporary and seasonal needs. Of the national cadres, with notarized contracts that guarantee the rights of both parties. It is noteworthy that benefiting from the program includes all age groups specified in the Saudi labor system, especially male and female students at the university level, working women, and employees who wish to improve income, and the program targets all private sector companies.

M. Al-Rajhi said that the flexible work program will contribute to supporting the Kingdom’s economy at the level of establishments and individuals, to move forward in achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, by raising the rates of national cadres’ participation in the labor market, so that flexible work with other initiatives launched by the ministry contributes to empowering male and female citizens, And stimulating the private sector to support resettlement.
