Business Associate

The Business Associate will play a vital role in supporting the commercial department’s daily operations by managing content, maintaining brand consistency, monitoring lead generation tools, and assisting in the preparation of proposals.
This cross-functional role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination and contributing to the achievement of eSpace’s business growth objectives.
You will help drive operational efficiency and contribute to our market positioning and client engagement efforts through effective business support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification
    • Monitor lead generation tools to identify potential prospects.
    • Filter leads from various channels and conduct initial qualification.
    • Document lead details, including size, industry, and alignment with eSpace’s targeted services.
  • Proposal Development Support
    • Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses by gathering necessary information and coordinating with relevant teams.
    • Support the sales team in developing business proposals and sales pitches.
    • Contribute to the creation of technical and financial proposals.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct market research to update competitor analysis and identify trends.
    • Provide insights on market demands to align services offerings with client needs.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance eSpace’s brand image.
  • Collaboration with Teams
    • Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support customer acquisition efforts.
    • Contribute to customer success initiatives by addressing client needs proactively.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintain updated records of marketing materials, proposals, and competitor analysis.
    • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Content Creation and Management (20%)
    • Develop and distribute engaging content across various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, website).
    • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
    • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, infographics, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business support or a similar role within a commercial or sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Understanding of commercial functions such as sales cycles, lead generation, customer retention, and renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis.
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging content aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting cross-functional teams.
