Multimedia Designer
Job Type Part-timeThis roles is responsible for creating and managing a wide range of visual content across multiple platforms to enhance eSpace’s brand identity and support marketing efforts. It involves designing and producing graphics, animations, video content, and interactive media that align with the company’s strategic goals and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all design projects.
- Execution of designs for different social platforms.
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to produce high-quality graphics that enhance user experience and promote brand identity.
- Prepare rough drafts, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Conduct user research and testing to refine designs based on feedback.
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.
- Create engaging and visually appealing illustrations for motion graphics, social media, and website content.
- Edit video footage to create compelling and polished videos that align with Accomplishr’s brand and messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a similar role, preferably in a software or tech environment.
- Proficiency in English
- Generate innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Proficiency in 2D animation techniques and software (e.g., After Effects).
- Skills in video editing, including familiarity with various video formats and codecs.
- Skills in creating engaging and visually appealing illustrations for various uses.
- Experience in (Sketch, and Figma) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with responsive design and familiarity with web standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills articulate design concepts and collaborate with marketing team members.
- Excellent time management, handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
