Sales Manager

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This key leadership role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Locate new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Institute clear sales goals and objectives for individual team members and provide ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve targets.
  • Edits regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Possessing up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the chairman.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 10 years of experience in sales in the ICT sector.
  • Experience in sales in the GCC region is preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
