Technical Support Engineer

Job Type Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, resolve system and network problems.
  • install and configure computer applications.
  • configure operating systems.
  • monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
  • maintain hardware devices including (Desktop, laptops, Mobile devices, printers, and other IT devices).
  • Follow up with employees to ensure the issue has been resolved.
  • Install, manage and configure backup solutions.
  • Advise on new equipment or hardware purchases and follow up with equipment setup.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Information Technology or a related field. 
  • +1 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in the IT field is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware and software setup and troubleshooting. 
  • Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting.
