Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensuring that all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Follow-up on employees attendance.  
  • Assist in appraisal and evaluation processes.    
  • Update and maintain employees’ physical and electronic files.  
  • Adhere to internal policies and maintain a professional attitude at all times.  
  • Exhibit high quality/accuracy work standards, ethics and eSpace’s best practices.  
  • Designs, implements and improves new-hires onboarding programs regularly.  
  • Reports to Senior HR Specialist.



  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
