We are looking for an Account Manager to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.

 The ideal candidate will be building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Reports to Business Development Manager.

  • Build and maintain trusted, strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the experience.

  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement.

  • Assist with challenging customers’ requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Work with Delivery Manager to guarantee customer satisfaction with deliverables.

  • Assist Finance team with invoicing cycle.

  • Liaise between customer and internal teams.

  • Prepare reports on account status.

      

Qualifications:  

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

  • Proven 2+ years work experience as an Account Manager preferable to be in the software industry

  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Have the capability to move customer conversations forward and lead conversations to a successful outcome.

  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills in both Arabic & English.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
