We are looking for a delivery manager to be part of our management team. A delivery manager is a line-manager responsible for the delivery of products and services inside eSpace. You should be able to manage multiple teams and align with business department to guarantee quality delivery to internal and external clients. You are a great leader who coaches your teams to grow and be self-organized. The work is fast-paced, results-oriented and involves working closely with other managers and functional departments.

Responsibilities:  

  • Supervises Agile teams and remove roadblocks for them.

  • Ensures that all contracted projects deliverables are completed.

  • Works closely with business teamt to construct winning feasible proposals.

  • Participates in any technical, SLA, contract compliance escalation as appropriate. 

  • Establishes periodic status meetings with client, eSpace and any third party vendors to discuss the status of contractual relationship.

  • Assists account management team in fielding any business and/or technical requests and engage the appropriate internal eSpace talents.

  • Reports to the CTO.

  • Collaborate with DevOps Manager to facilitate the operation of the projects. 

  • Provide support for the operational ongoing projects.

  • Conduct 1-2-1’s meetings for performance appraisals and evaluations. 

  • Facilitate having OKRs for the whole team and Agile Chapters.

      

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Good understanding of OKRs.

  • Mastering JIRA project management software.

  • Willingness to travel to other cities.

  • Can work in flexible schedule.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
