Responsibilities:  

● Recruitment process: recruit, interview, test and select candidates. Plan and conduct new employee onboarding and inductions.  

● Conduct and assist in appraisal and evaluation processes.  

● Follow-up employees attendance and personal issues.  

● Update and maintain employees’ physical and electronic files.  

● Adhere to internal policies and maintain a professional attitude at all times.  

● Exhibit high quality/accuracy work standards, ethics and eSpace’s best practices.  

● Designs, implements and improves New-Hires onboarding programs regularly.  

● Ensures eSpace workplace is running efficiently by collaborating with and guiding Executive Assistant and/or HR Staff.  

   

   

Qualifications:  

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.  

● 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT industry.  

● Fluency in both Arabic & English (written and spoken)  

● Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools  

● HR Diploma/Certificate is a plus
