eSpace, for Software Development, is looking for an HR Manager. The applicant must be proactive, outgoing, details oriented and should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Collects training needs,prepare training plans and schedule internal training.

  • Conducts new employee orientation.

  • Conducts appraisal and evaluation process.

  • Follow-up employees attendance.

  • Assist in salary reviews and benchmarking.

  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Reports to CEO.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the HR field.

  • B.Sc business administration is prefered.

  • Human resources diploma is preferred.

  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Able to work unsupervised.

  • Hard working, reliable and creative.

  • Excellent communication skills.
